Hey guys, I have some scalp issues I need help with. Have dandruff and generally irritated scalp with itchy painful bumps now and then. Tried Head & Shoulders and it didn't work and now I've been doing no poo for a year and nothing has changed either.

Its preferable to only apply it around the tips of your hair, on your scalp it will just mess with your natural oils and you still want those. Also feels kinda gross when you apply too much or get it on your scalp, its for your hair not your skin.
