So is Uniqlo really my best destination if I'm need of relatively cheap priced plain black tees?

>Basic Tees thread
>>
Literally wearing that t-shirt right now

It's a pretty good tee, however I'm like 6'1" or 6'2" and a large is a bit shorter than my liking, however that's probably because Uniqlo is made for asians.
>>
Target is pretty good too, but yeah Uniqlo is a good choice. I got a black, white, navy, white/navy striped, and an olive one from there and they're all great.

Any particular brand I should try from target?
If it's good enough for MJ, it's good enough for me?
>>
>>11173050
i'll try to l8r on
>>
>>11173059
Haha, hanes isnt too bad for white lounge-shirt packs. Obviously not super good quality, but great for those hot summer days. Their merona basic tees are great, I have some that have lasted me years.
>>
Basics in New Zealand or that ship to New Zealand that isn't gildan where
>>
>>11173072
Thanks my man. I'll look into it today.
>>
>>11173034
mostly related: Can anyone who has Uniqlo x Lemaire share their thoughts on the quality? Are they comfy, are the textures nice?

thanks
>>
>>11173075
Ascolour?
>>
>>11173034
everlane has good tees
>>
>>11173034
why dont they have pink i need a pink tshirt
>>
Protip: get the supima cotton shirts, not the dry packaged. Last longer and fit better times a million. If you go right before the seasons change, you can get some as low as 3.90
>>
>>11173034
american apparel you idiot
like $11 on ebay or amazon
>>
>>11173078
have 2 long sleeve of the LxU, the fabric is thicker than the uniqlo main line long sleeves, hem quality is really nice, boxy cut... I got on sale, was good overall
>>
>>11174049
I got a really nice colored pale pink tee from forever 21 because it was 5 bucks with free shipping but it may have sold out
>>
>>11173934

This. I still have shirts from when the site originally launched and spammed the fuck out my account for lifetime free shipping.
>>
>>11173923
Ordered some stuff.

Anywhere that sells pale colours or earth tones?
>>
>>11174850
AS has some earth tone stuff. I'm wearing a white-brown looking one right now
>>
>>11174071
Holy shit anon thank you for this revelation
>>
What was that online store that sold basic shit like tees here in NZ?

I had an archive link but the archives are kill
>>

>>11173923
>>
>>11175111
That was the one. Thanks anon
>>
>>11173934
Kind of a weird neck seam and it fits a bit loose, really comfy though.

The real trick is to get a friend to make an account and then you create an account using their referral link. You buy the first shirt for $15 then your friend gets $25 store credit then you can buy whatever you want with the second account.
>>
Do the packaged uniqlo shirts really shrink? Gonna wear one fot the first time tomorrow and if it shrinks in the wash then it wont fit me
>>
Redpill me on uniqlo
Broke /fa/ newfag here
Are their skinny jeans any good?
Will they last a year at least
How about the plain supima tees?
>>
>>11175845
Yes they're good. The tees are also good. Self destructing clothes are a meme, it doesn't exist, even the cheapest clothes in the world don't fall apart like that. Stop believing the memes holy shit m8.

H&M stretch cotton tees are my go-to right now. I go up a size and they give me the exact fit I want. Plus they're hella cheap. Pic related because I'm wearing one.
>>
>>11176308
Depends if your thighs rub a lot, if you wear the jeans a lot etc..
>>
>>11173034
AA hammer tees
Continental clothing/ earthpositive
>>
>>11173034
It's maybe not the best, but its definitely pretty good. I suggest the supima cotton tees over the packaged ones, as they are thicker and overall nicer feeling. I have a ton of the packaged ones (mainly because they are $3 often times), and even though they are still pretty good, the supima ones are definitely noticeably nicer.

hang dry it then you tard, clothes shrink when you dry them extremely quickly.
>>
>>11176340
i don't like them and i won't be buying them again. they stretch and warp when i'm wearing a backpack or gym bag.
>>
Gap is one of the best I feel but make sure they fit you first
>>
>>11177115
now thats an ugly female
>>
supima t shirts are generally 10x better, but apparently they're shit this year.

the packaged t shirts are still good though.
>>
>>11173072
>>11173077
Hanes are a little meh.
Merona are better quality and better feeling but the cut is always awkward.

But very good bang for the buck.
>>
i prefer AA for basic tees
>>
>>11173034
I know where I am in Canada Bluenotes has cheap shirts (8.99) too, and comfy af as well. Almost every time I've been in-store they have buy one get one 50% too.
>>
>>11173034
H&M division is way cheaper and has a better cut imo
>>
im loving these ll bean t shirts rn their fabric feels v nice.
>>
I have broad shoulders, no lifting just genetics and their tees fit shit
>>

>>
Should I get skinny jeans from uniqlo or just save up for acne
>>
>>11178954
Do you want them to last?
>>
>>11178965
At least a year
>>
are uniqlo jeans better than levis? also how are their chinos?
>>
>>11179002

the chinos are nice and you get free length fitting
>>
>>11179011

Theres no Uniqlo store near me. It sucks. I'm just going to order some chinos and a blazer and just hope for the best.
>>
I personally think Muji has better basics than Uniqlo, both of which are priced similarly, save for the Muji Labo products.
>>
>>11179011
Explain the length fitting to me
>>
>>11173034
Thats overpriced as heck. Go to Jiffyshirts and save yourself, they carry alot of brands.

fucking annoying

>>11178967
the jeans from uniqlo will last way longer than acne, that shit is paper thin
>>
>>11173034
h&m is pretty neat too op
>>
Uniqlo has very good basic shirts. I own 3 or 4 Supima basic tees. Had them for about a year so far and they are still in great shape.

Zara basic tees are alright too. They don't hold up as well as the uniqlo tees though.

H&M has good basic tees too. Cheap and comfy.

Uniqlo>H&M>Zara imo

uniqlo has very good quality for price but shop around the cheap brands and see which cut fits your body type best.

H&M and Zara t-shirts are shit quality. They loose shape and size fast. I live in Europe and Selected Homme has amazing quality t-shirts. They look good after years of use.
>>
>>11187717
seriously? you know they belong to jack&jones and are about the same quality
