I think it would end up looking more authentic if printed - as if it's a real product. If hand painted it might end up looking like it's just a DIY project. I'm not sure if I'm expressing myself here correctly.

Screen printing is printing isn't it. I wouldn't do it by hand since I wouldn't draw shit since I can only draw digitally on tablet.
