There is nothing objectionable about the individual clothing you are wearing, but one of the previous posters is right in that your combinations aren't working very well although this is pretty casual and acceptable >>11132136
Can I suggest you get a few plain T-shirts in grey/white/dark blue and maybe a pair or two or beige/tan chinos (not elastic cuffed), nice darker blue jeans or black jeans, some Vans-esque shoes in a black or a single block colour (only really need two pairs) and maybe a few buttonups in linen or a nice fabric (just browse ASOS and choose what you'd like, or another online retailer).
I feel like it's safe to say that what I've mentioned are pretty safe, basic casual wear that you can add to when you feel more confident. I wouldn't, at your stage, that is asking for help on /fa/, buy with an outfit in mind or buy clothes that aren't a utilitarian fit for all/most of your other clothes.
You look pretty normal too, though you need to shave and get a better haircut. I am also suspect that you're wearing too much overwear to cover a paunch that you feel you have? Don't worry about it, less is more, have your arms showing in a T-shirt. Finally, you need a haircut. That fringe thing needs to go, ask the stylist to help you pick something suitable from a magazine if you must. (P.S. It looks better to pose with your thumbs out of your pockets, instead of the entire hand).
