Well, for the back I used a screen printing frame I made for an earlier project. The rest was drawn by hand.
Looks as bad as any offwhite so well done

How did you make the stencil? It just looks like it came off bit messy

Yea. I just stretched it over a wood frame and covered the parts that I don't need to be painted with some wood glue. It worked fine on a t-shirt, but I fucked it up on this jacket, because I didn't stretch it out enough.

I've made some prints by cutting the stencil in to a transparent projector screens. Gets you as sharp of a image as you cut the stencil and it's reusable.
Then just print it through the silk screen as per usual.
