Looking a little more cheerful would probably go a long way. You're an attractive dude, but you look like you hate yourself, and from what I can see you have no reason to. Style of clothes in the first picture looks good on you, but try wearing something other than just black. Stubble looks good on you, as does long hair, as long as it doesn't look greasy, so just shower regularly.
