So /fa/gs my gf noticed this bald spot on my head today. I normaly have really curly hair but I took off my benie and brushed it and we saw this. I'm only 20 is this balding or did we just brush it wrong. .
Also I have a bad habit of pulling my hair when I'm stressed. So if I were to buzz my head to keep me from pulling it for a few months would that help it grow back??
