Why do we keeping getting this? As an anime yes, but most people couldn't pull off the style many of that characters have irl. Outside the manga most of them would look ridiculous. I'm a Jojo's fag and I'd never try to wear what most of the characters do.
From sometime around the middle of part 2 onward, Jojo's character designs became an experiment in Araki indulging his pet interest in men's fashion. Particularly the illustration work of Antonio Lopez. Pic related; tell me this fellow couldn't pass for a Joestar.
