seriously. Men who go on steroids can usually expect a lot of facial hair growth, but if you're naturally deficient, you could get yourself to a normal level and grow it.

How old are you OP? Most dudes can't get a decent beard up until 23+ I wouldn't sweat it and just stay clean shaven instead of half assing a shitty beard.
Not OP, i'm 23 and have been stuck at the same facial hair level (sparse, but not fluffy, moustache and goatee) for about 3 years now.

That isn't lame. I wanted one too so I tried growing mine out. Looked like shit and was uncomfortable for a good while and then suddenly started filling in. Now I have majestic face fuzz and life is p good. My wife likes it and wants me to wear flannel.

There is literally nothing you can do to speed up the process asides from testosterone shots which even then doesn't guarantee any effect on facial hair, might end up getting bald
