no its just a matter of taste, most "fashionable" backpacks have very few exterior pockets. The logo on this is one is pretty gaudy, although i kind of like the pattern.
A lot of people on /fa/ like jansport and eastpak since theyre simple, durable and fairly aesthetically pleasing.
