Would using a blackhead removal tool (that metal loop) be effective at clearing pores like these? What's the general routine like for clearing these pores?

Just use a cleanser. That shit on your nose is just sebaceous filaments, not blackheads. They always come back and you ruin your pores by trying to physically remove them.

I use the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser (green container). Doesn't seem like it's doing enough.
i've been using rosehip seed oil for about two weeks now, and its done wonders for my skin.
I have really really oily skin and it makes me have painful zits, i tried creams and stuff but nothing worked, been washing my face in the morning and night with a strong soap and than aplying rosehip seed oil and so far i havnt gotten a single zit in the time i've been using it.

it's called skincare. Do these products just go on the face, or do you rub all of your skin down with this? I have a bit of Bacne right now, so I'd like to clear that up.

Been using dessert essence's tea tree oil cleanser and it worked pretty good til I moved to a place with different water

Avoid foam cleansers.
I've only been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser & Daily Advance Lotion day & night for just 2 days and my face already feels fresher than ever. I'm not getting dry skin peeling off anymore.
