Im 6 foot 1 and roughly 62 kilos and kinda lean, but like all the fat in my body is in my thighs, how do I get rid of it? its real annoying wearing kinda tight jeans and I feel very self conscious, cheers in advance

If you're anything like me you're fucked. 180cm 56kg, my wrists are smaller than tiny girlswrists. I'm a chain smoking drug riddled anorexic but my thighs are still huge.
