Pf flyers are designed to be an orthopedic shoe.
But you could get some better insoles as well. I have the kind you put in an oven for a while and then prance around in a couple of minutes and they're pretty damn comfy.
Also Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66's have good support. they have narrow waisted sole so you kind of tighten the whole shoe around your feet rather than just the top part.
