What can I do about this forhead acne? I am 22 years old noe and still have it bad.
My facial routine is
1. Exfoliate with a Walgreen's blackhead cleansers
2. Cereve hydrating cleanser
3. Cereve moisturiser lotion

Your acne seems to be inflammatory. I'd recommend Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%), once a day. Apply before sleep.
Use carave cleanser, then apply BP.
Also, dont touch your face, shower immediately after exercise and change your pillow cases.

Yes. Cleanser will clean off all the gunk and oil and allow the exfoliant to do it's job.
Benzoyl Peroxide is a mild exfoliant itself but also creates an environment that makes it impossible for bacteria to grow. Inflammed pimples, the red ones, are infected. Benzoyl will help prevent any future ones from forming.
I used to have horrible acne and now get maybe 1-2 pimples every month and theyre gone within 2-3 days.
I only use cerave cleanser, stridex max str pads and acne.org BP.
