I have the same problem as the pic, the thigh and seat fit nice, but when it it's below the leg i feel it's too baggy.
Since you don't like Levi's it's tough to recommend, but honestly, i love my 514s right now

complete opposite of op, i need new jeans for my skelly legs. ILU zespys fit perfectly re: skinniness and length, but i can't deal with the drop crotch which makes it hard to move sometimes, and impossible to lift or spread your legs if you ever need to for some reason.
