Nike running shoes run a half size small. I'm a 9.5 and bought a 9.5 and 10 on Nike's website for full MSRP because free returns before buying on ebay and the 9.5s were definitely a little tight but the 10s are great fitting even though strangely not much additional toe length

I think you should definitely go with the 10.5s because it's better to have a shoe that's a little loose that you can just lace tighter or put an insole in or something than have one that's too tight
