I only experienced mild withdrawals, but I've been taking lorazepam for 5 months (about 3 times a week) and just recently bought a bunch of xans. Took the xans for about two weeks almost every day, and I just started to experience no sleep/cravings after I decided to stop. I have strong willpower tho so its ok. still got like 5 bars and am managing not to take more.
