yeah, luxire does some really good high-waisted pants
you should be able to get nice ones pretty easily - they've duplicated some 1940s ones so you could ask for that pattern but with a slimmer leg

There's plenty of hope, though - you just have to have the leg below the knee slimmed and you're good to go. You should have your pants tailored anyway - off the rack is never going to fit as well.

i guess so, but i've already tried doing that a couple of times, albeit with chinos that werent exactly high rise, and they didn't really come out the way i wanted them to. Seems like all of the chinos with a high rise are costly too so I don't want to mess around with them and end up never wearing them.
