I turn 20 in a month and I have the worst acne imaginable on my back and chest, face isn't too great either. You're not alone.

Acne is a almost always a matter of choice.
It's a highly treatable skin disease. That's how far modern medicine has come.
It's just a matter of a) not being a complete retard, b) not eating dairy and high GI-load foods, and c) seeing a doctor specialized in skin/nails/hair and and its diseases (dermatologist).

I don't understand why I keep getting breakouts though. I always shower in the morning and just run water over my face, then at night I was Cerave facial cleanser and wash my face. I use Benzo peroxide if there are red pimples on my face. Idk I keep getting persistent breakouts. I think I'm just going to talk to a Dermatologist.

Should try eating tumeric. I eat maybe a tablespoon a day, and it's helped a lot, with my acne. Tho, I've heard of people trying it, and nothing happening.

I still get it and I'm 24, just face though and generally not really that bad. Get some BB cream its basically moisturizer with concealer in it so it helps a lot with appearance I use the aveeno bb cream after I wash my face every morning. It's really a life saver I wish I found it when I was 20. least gay makeup available
