People don't generally wear all blue though

True.
Sometimes mixing blue, brown and grey can be pretty good.
All black everything

no because it isnt a trend

I've actually been wearing blue and black or grey and black lately, it looks pretty good. For blue in particular I buy shirts that are a pure/high blue shade because the color pops out a lot.

Not really. Personally, 90% of my wardrobe is black clothing. Everything except for shoes and a couple coats.
I find its easier to put outfits together when the colors are the same. Also, it makes it more fun when you get to experiment with different cuts/textures to make an outfit "pop".
Also, all black rarely looks bad. The only time I wouldn't recommend it is if you have an office job.

No, all of my clothes are either black, white, or gray. Non-grayscale clothes are a meme.

dummy, colors/pallets can be trendy. obviously it'll never stop, it's a fucking staple but all black has been normie-tier for the last four years now, step into your local h&m and look at all of the mannequins with all black or monochrome fits
