They're definitely fake. Biggest giveaway is the mirrored boost pattern on the sole. In real 350s the boost is random because it's formed by compressed pellets.

Sorry but the other guy is right. The pattern is indeed mirror images. If it makes you feel any better those are some very nice fakes and no one is going to be able to tell the difference unless they inspect the soles of the shoe.
