I know people usually say wide shoulders look good but my shoulders

I know people usually say wide shoulders look good
but my shoulders are so cartoonishly wide that my average sized arms and average sized hands are unable to compensate
I look like a guy with a barrel chest and I look weird af in anything that isnt a fucking poncho

does /fa/ have any suggestions? (Im already working a ton but even if I doubled my current arm size it wouldn't make a huge dif)
