Hey, im not sure id this is supposed to be in /r but I thought good ol' /fa could help.. I really need a sweater with a similar pattern, can anyone recommend a similar style or the same if possible? (It's Chance the Rapper on SNL btw.)

Fair Isle or Aztec sweaters would probably be a good way to start.
