ITT: Hair recovery products that actually work.

alright /fa/ , My hair is a clusterfuck right now , it's damaged , it's falling and It's thinning from the front ( my hairline is receding though ) , I don't have balding parent or even a grandparent and I realized that I must've fucked my shit up by using mall-tier shampoos and using heat too much , I want to regrow the hair I've been losing , do you know any good products ?
