Effay is more about an aesthetic than
"is this effay?" but because of the 4chan culture most of the people here don't/can't
think for themselves so need to be told how to be or how not to be. Which is why "meme clothing" is so popular here.
Movies with a huge amount of time and thought going into how they look or make you feel meet most of the "effay" requirements
