Just iron them on, remember to put a kitchentowel on the patch before you iron it, otherwise you will burn/melt shit. Be sure to heat it long enough and go over it in a circular motion.

Please dont sew them on lol. The ones like pic related have a very thick inside, lots of filling. So if you will sew them on, it will look pretty bad and probably be uncomfortable to wear.
