It's an icon set. You have to manually change the folder icons, can't just make it one big default change, but I like it.

ok so what you do is this
>find the "generic.icns" (it will be different based on the folder type) and copy that
>go to a random folder and click "get info"
>near the top there will be a miniature folder icon
>click on it so that it highlights
>command+V
>your folder should now look like wood
There are ways to select multiple folders so that you don't need to do them one at a time, but I forgot how, you could look that up pretty easily though.

Forgot to add, you find the ".icns" files in the big download. You will have a folder called "made of wood" and then in there you have the choice between glossy and matte, and in each of those are a bunch of icon options
