It took me three years to get mid back length. My hair grows a shit ton faster than a normal person's, though.
At that point, my hair was disgusting and had a shit ton of split ends.
If you cut it every day and what not, it would take a normal person like 6-7 years to get to SSJ3 hair length.

it took me 4 years to get my hair to the bottom of my rib cage . when i cut it all of i regretted not cutting it sooner , its too much of a hassle to maintain it
