Uniqlo always has descent sales. I suggest that you shop instore for jeans because if you spend a minimum of $40., they will hem them for free. It's totally worth spending an extra $20.
H&M usually has decent sales.
I also would check out a Good Will Store. I recently purchased
a new with tags Rag & Bone jacket there for $4.
