>>10968750
yes
>>
>>10968750
How to fix this?
>>
>>10968926
concentrate on your shoulder blades touching at all times and after a while it goes away
>>
>>10968935
No, focus on pushing the top of your head to the sky.

Lift

I've noticed that in some tall people and have concluded that is some kind of social stuff, like they're trying to fit in on the norm/median height people. Has it some basis ?

we have to lean down to talk to manlets like you
>>
>>10969386
It's cause everything is made for manlets and tall people have to hunch over to use computers

I used to have sone great posture when all of my friends were my height, but once i outgrew them my posture went to shit.

>tfw i'm 5'6 and have this
>>
>>10968750
this happens from using the internet.

you aren't effay if you use the internet more than 1-4 hours a week maximum
>>
>>10969386
this is true, tall normal people usually have poor posture.

correlation with fitting in, usually appears in women more

i read an interview about taylor swift having a poor posture, her publicist advised her to fix it, now she looks proper as fuck

she's not even that tall, 5'9.5 id say
>>

you have anterior pelvic tilt. stop using the internet and do some yoga/stretches
>>
>>10969026
>>10968935
Nope, neither.

Tuck your chin in drastically and then drive the back of your skull into a yoga mat/soft wall.

You should feel the muscles in the front of neck tensing which will strengthen and correct the imbalance if you spend like 5-10 minutes a day doing this for a month or so.
