How long would this length take to grow? Buzzed two months ago, dying for some substantial length again.
>>10966541
hahaha you fell for the meme hahaha
>>10966769
Yeah, I guess I did. Still, glad I'm able to say I've shaved my head. I don't regret it, I just wish I could go straight from buzzed to long again, ya know?
>>10966379
holy shit he's attractive. too bad my nose fucks up my profile and i'll never look like that. oh well.
>>10966541
Jesus christ dog I'm not gay I just want to be around young ldc and young jd and spend time mirin
>>10966541
This looks like something you'd see on a wall of a teenage girl in the late 90's.
>>10966541
How do you get that fucking texture. Is it just greasy? It can't be with that slight lift
I've practically got this cut but its got terrible texture and looks dry af, kinda like the top mid of that pic but more flat. What do?

Desu i just dont wash my hair and put sea salt spray in it to give it texture and make it look less greasy. Ive never heard of anyone else doing it this way but it seems to work for me. Best of luck senpai.
I made this thread this morning to get some pictures to take to my barber but I ended up just taking some screenshots of Bobby in Twin Peaks. Worked out pretty nicely I think.
>havent had a haircut in 2 years so my hair is long as shit
>go up there this morning with one pic of aforementioned character from tp
>doesnt show the sides very well
>woman doesnt think she feels comfortable chopping off all my hair and tells me to come back later so someone else can do it
>they make a huge spectacle of it
>go back later with more pics
>couple people watch this other woman cut my hair
>they say theyve never cut someones hair like this
Except for the fact that at a certain angle I look like a dyke, I think it looks pretty good.

AP stats, slept through the entire fucking class all year, still got an A- and a 4.
>>10967385
HAAAAH this is awesome.
>>10966960
I think that's rather the point.

The drug dealer in Ginger Snaps has a modified one... it's a good look if you have naturally wavy hair

any recommendations on clay?
>>10967414
>>10967418
thats basically the exact style i had in mind
>>10967429
Triumph and Disaster's Coltrane Clay is really good value
Baxter's of California is ubiquitous
I currently use The 1950's Union Matte Clay which is really loose and texturising. Use super sparingly and you'll be golden

I started using my gf's product while my hair was still towel-damp from the shower (she scrunches it into her hair to get Bardot waves), and I basically threw every clay/putty/gum/gel/whatever I used over the years out the window. It's a little expensive though.
>>10967450
it's a great style. Good movie too (if you like suburban Canadian werewolf ennui)
>>10967456
can you post a pic of your hair?
i'm thinking of getting the matte clay but I just want further justification
>>10967458
Interesting. What sort of hair do you have and what does this stuff do for it?
>>10967475
This guy's close enough

thanks!

I have fine straight hair but there's a lot of it.
You know that feeling you get from shampooing your hair and it looks all shiny and uniform but also kind of lank? The Living Proof stuff will give it a better texture and make it look a more fucked-up and less 'done'. Also it'll puff out a bit more like Bobby from Twin Peaks.
Just the tiniest amount (literally pea-sized) does the trick. Although my gf has just advised me that if you have thinner or wavy hair you'd be better to try some salt spray on your hair after you've towel-dried it to get the same effect. But worth it to get a sample from Sephora at least.
>>10967560
I've been thinking of making DIY sea salt spray, so thanks man
>>10967576
hey, that's what were here for. We're all in this together
>>10966541
Can anyone show me exactly how this cut works? Is it essentially a faded undercut? Because the back and sides look kind of cropped but at the same time on the side of their heads the hair is still long. I don't understand the logistics of it but my hair is getting close I just need one final shaping cut.
>mfw this is my dream cut
>mfw have curly hair, so it's not even an option
hold effay

In the old days you'd just ask for a mushroom cut.

that's what i'm worried about lol. i've been growing out the middle part for almost a year (started from a short crew cut) and have just been trying to clean it up myself. i don't know any good barbers so i feel like they'll laugh at me or fuck it up ;/

>>10966381
Could I pull off the young Leo?
Not sure if face is right shape or aesthetic enough...
>>10968887
yes
>>10968891
Thanks senpai
Any ideas how I should let my hair go till I get it cut correctly? I hate the awkward phase it's in now. Clay is good too right?
