my grad grandmother had a minor heart attack, and she had a minor rupture of her myocardium that blend into her pericardial sac, a very slow but relatively peaceful process.
those proclaimed "massive heart-attacks", are often much so. these heart attacks usually occur slowly at first, as the clot slowly grows, and then BANG. in a large enough inaction it can literally rupture the left ventricular myocardium and you'll bleed into your pericardium and sometimes then entirely into thoracic regions. the look on the decadents face s always less than peaceful.

Is dying of an illness effay? I thought I had a very bad disease for a while and was planning on killing myself. Is suicide fa? I was going to write everyone I liked a nice letter and then go to dinner. Then shoot myself in the heart with my dad's shotgun. Thankfully I'm okay

the most two /fa/ scene I had come across thus far, was an assisted suicide of a terminally ill patient, who had an anonymous person push 10cc IV morphine. everybody knows it was the daughter, but she wore gloves and they could not prove without a reasonable doubt she pushed the plunger, only that she was present.
also; saw a guy who ran his car off of a 500m hillside, and crushed a cyanide capsule in his molar before hitting the ground. the scene wasn't /fa/ but damn that guy went out with a fucking story.
