Yes and I've received lots of complements because of it, even from my dentist. My advice is buy strips instead of going to the dentist to get it done because the dentist will make your teeth extremely sensitive. Also when you're buying strips don't buy the cheap ones because they don't work nearly as well as the higher tier ones. You also might wanna change your toothpaste to sensodyne to make the sensitivity easier to bear
