Can someone please explain how to tie the top portion of high tops?
I bought a pair of national standard high tops, but I have no idea how to tie them properly.
I want it to look like in the picture with no like knot or anything in the front, but also want them to be secure since I am going to be riding my bike with them.

iirc you tie the two ends together once you have woven them through all the holes and tuck the knot down inside the shoe, like under the lip of the tongue

Best guess is that instead of starting in the middle, the bottom arrow points to one end of the lace, where an overhand knot sits, and the upper part has a knot right behind the top hole

you look alright but the pants are too tight and what you're wearing up top isn't the neither the right color nor the right fit for what you're trying to achieve (or for looking good in general). Try: a plain white/black/navy/brown (if you can pull it off) tee, some black/denim/[your current biker skinnies] slimfit or skinny jeans, and these shoes.
