Total noob when it comes to these things. Right now I'm using a basic Nivea cleanser and lotion after shower.

use cerave products and use a cleanser every morning and night and moisturise afterwards

your diet matters more if you want clear skin though

I was told cleaning everyday might be bad considering you are getting rid of all the natural oils too frequently. Can anyone confirm?
