Are cheeckbones accentuated with photoshop or lighting? Same face but right pic looks much more defined than left

I photograph for modelling agencies and yes make up - lighting and photoshop(dodge/ burn most of the time). Also telling the model to look a little more with the chin downwards and clenching his/her jaw also is a trick used to achieve this look
