Didn't shave for two days , got a hair-cut and hairdresser said stubble grows really nice on you , that got me wondering - why is it that girls and women find stubble attractive , but say family mother , aunts for example always say clean-shaven is the best look?
I think clean shaven looks better in most cases. Most girls are just vain/seek social validation and as such say they prefer stubble, which was associated with male actors circa 2005 - 2010.

Maybe because with a clean-shaven face you look more like a child, and your family elders will always think of you as their baby, therefore the closer your physical looks match that of their mental image the better for them.
