I don't think it really matters anymore, anything they do can be excused under the guise of irony or cringe. Frank just rehashes old bits he knows work and h3h3 just expresses digestible, safe opinions but with a bit of humor and the addition he's a chubby, weird-looking jew adds to the comedic value, I guess.
