I want Ultra Boosts because apparently they're the comfiest shoes in the cosmos but holy fuck I can't justify spending 300 bucks on runners.
Where can a Canadian cop some for less (hopefully retail)? / What are some good alts?
Looking at Sonic Boosts, Nike Free 5.0s and Pure Boost 2.0s
>>10923252
They're severely overrated. I owned the Ultraboost 3M's with Continental sole and tried the Yeezy Boost Moonrocks.
For $20 more, the Yeezy's literally beat the Ultraboost by a long-fucking-run.
If you wear Ultraboosts, your literally a complex-browsing Kanye-sucking dickrider
>>10923269
Oh really?
I'm looking at youtube videos of best runners this year and ultra boost is topping most. I'm running in some old asics and want something less flamboyant I can wear during the day as well. Any reccs?

Flyknit Racers/Trainers
>>10923287
Youre fine with ultraboosts as long as you pay retail or less. They're billions of places to getthem under 200. Just go with core black though.
>>10923290
Don't get these. Flyknits are very narrow compared to ultraboosts
>>10923296
Who gives a shit you just size up on Trainers
>>10923321
And lets not forget that it has more boost technology than pureboost and it is much much more supportive and stable than flyknits overall. You get what you pay for. Its pretty much why it was the best sneaker last year
>>10923326
You're literally and zealously shilling an overly hyped piece of shit shoe that will get yellowed on the sole in a few weeks
>>10923335
I own flyknits , ultraboosts and pureboosts. Out of all 3, ultraboosts are more versatile and comfortable. They way more comfortable than flyknits and they mold to your feel real well. The only sneakers that come close are the gel lytes, and nmds.
>>10923364
Hey man, how are the pureboosts though?
I can't find Ultras anywhere for anything close to retail, and like the look of the pures
>tfw you copped them before the hype
>>10923384
I can't really say much about the 2.0's but the OG pureboosts are very comfy. the foam feels like you're springing back with every step. To simply put it, feels like you're walking on kim kardashians ass. The zx 8000 boost is pretty good as well
>>10923400
Sweet, thanks dude
>>10923406
They're comfortable but bear in mind that Pure Boosts are not made for running.
>>10923287
Honestly if you're running I'd recommend getting non /fa/ running shoes like brooks, asics, saucony, etc
They're honestly the best way to go when running
I just wear nike and adidas runners when I want to look good, not function
>pic related, my brooks
>>10923269
So wait... If you buy ultraboosts instead of yeezys you're a complex-browsing Kanye-sucking dickrider??
But if I bought yeezys that's exactly what you'd be so it sounds like a lose-lose
>>10924901
Ended up getting Nike Free 5.0s
Did I fuck up? They were highly recommended by a couple friends.
which boosts are best for running long-distance
>>10925095
Did not
Are Roshes that much of a sin?
In any case, how are the Kaishi in comparison?
>>10925095
i run in them, theyre tolerable but theyre not nearly as good as asics
triple black gel kayano's would have been a way better choice
>>10925215
Yes roshes are horrible comfort wise . As peolenhave said before get ASICS or Adidas for feeling like walking on clouds
>>10925280
Are zx flux confortable? I would buy ultra boosts but im a poorfag
>>10925102
http://runrepeat.com/ranking/rankings-of-adidas-running-shoes see if that helps.
If you're serious about running, you should go to a specialized running store to have your gait checked out and for help with a good fit even if it's not some meme boosts.
>>10925291
These are boost technology
OP i have the pureboosts (with racing colors, not /fa/ colors) and they are quite comfy. i have to use my custom insoles in them though since they offer zero ankle support and they are squishy af.
check out adidas outlets for the neon colored shitter boosts. the black/white pure/ultraboost almost never get discounted. i got double discount on my pureboost reveal m's and only paid 40€ when they were 120€ originally.
>>10925387
Nice, thsn you bro
>>10925393
Pics please, i was considering these
>>10925393
That's really damn cheap. Waiting for the Nike Free 5s I ordered to come in the mail, I tried them on in store and liked them, I'll try running in them, but if they're no good I'll get ultra/pure boosts.
$165 shipped. Exact same boost tech.

Ugly as sin tho
