The best toothpaste as recommended by every dentist I've had in the past ten years is Crest Pro Health. It's not whitening, but whitening toothpaste fucks up your teeth. Pro Health uses stannous fluoride, which is far better than the more common sodium fluoride. Stannous fluoride is antimicrobial, whereas sodium fluoride is not. The main reason most toothpastes use sodium fluoride is that it's cheaper to produce.
Use Sensodyne for a few weeks before using whitening gel and mouldable mouth tray. Purchased from dentist for ~$30. Actually works but need to avoid tea/coffee/dark foods such as chocolate. Whiten until desired result but need to stop if feeling sensitivity.
I don't think whitening toothpastes work. The best thing to use is Crest Pro Health if you aren't using a sensitivity toothpaste.

Im using crest stripes right now. Works perfect, but makes your teeth sensitive and vanuravle. Also im really retarded and im drinking cofee and tee but it doesnt affect much. My teeth are still getting whiter everyday. And yeah im gonna use it for 10 days every year.
