No, being /fa/ is not all about face, or attractiveness. It's about the general fit, whether loose or fitting, and the aesthetic of the fit.
Being attractive certainly helps with the aesthetic of the fit, but the aestheticism derives from the sense of the lifestyle of the wearer.
If a handsome ass dude wears raf but he's a manager at a local car dealership, the fit would look out of place as fuck.
Just don't try too hard if you're ugly, you can still dress nice but don't over-do it.
