Not really. Bigger cities over 200k usually have communities like that. I've been to hipster neighborhoods in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclav, Bratislava, Kiev, Lviv, Moscow, Budapest, Bucharest, Cluj, Belgrade and some other cities, and they feel similar to what you see in Western Europe.

The former Jewish neighborhood in Krakow (that's where all the artsy kids are right now) felt the coolest out of the ones I mentioned to me desu. Bratislava is meh, I agree with that. Warsaw is awesome (Stara Praga is the name of the neighborhood I think). Budapest is alright.

Pretends to like artsy obscure movies but is actually more into mainstream cinema and horror movies.
Learnt an instrument at some point in his childhood but kinda gave up on it by now, likes music and has a huge digital collection of mostly torrented/youtube ripped songs, tries to live a somewhat healthy lifestyle but consumes a lot of alcohol, occassionally does a few pushups on the floor and situps in his bed with the intend of doing it over a longer period but always kinda forgets about it the same week.
