If you mean BF%, as in body fat percentage, you are in an ideal position - don't stop doing what you're doing. You'd then be gaining muscle and losing fat at an equal rate, which is crazy enviable. Don't complain about what is arguably the best possible situation you could have, fitness-wise.

Hey I hope you read this because I think it will help. In the winter, my hair would get exactly like yours is now. I hated it. It was disgustingly frail, dry, and overall just untamable. My first step was to stop shampooing. It helped, but my hair was still pretty gnarly. Then I realized if I wasn't shampooing, I needed to use conditioner..
Anyway, I'm rambling about nothing right now but here's what you need to try:

I started taking showers an hour or two before bed instead of in the morning or even quite frequently twice a day.
>Don't dry your hair, don't even touch it after you turn that water off
>don't brush your hair, it will only make it frizzy
>condition every day
>don't use shampoo more than once a week
>eat healthier, drink a ton of water

I'm not a total expert on what products work for all hair types, I really only know how to cater to my own hair (thick and wavy). However, I would suggest trying DevaCurl No-Poo Zero Lather Conditioning Cleanser as a shampoo as it won't rip out the natural oils your hair produces.
