Well, he shouldn't actually have any muscle mass, since everything is so easy to pick up and move around. And I know that he has a kryptonite gym or something where he loses his powers, but that's only in the comics.

Its nice to dress them and do their hair. Sometimes I see my Barbies and I get nostalgic cause I spent a lot of time playing with them.

Apparently Superman has a gym with some kryptonite in it so he can work out and get that Zyzz form, since with his powers nothing is a struggle to pick up, therefore he can't build muscle mass. Idk I've never read the comics.
