every fucking night i have this nagging feeling that i need to buy something, i will just look around the internet looking for deals and sale items, spend the next day trying to decide if i should buy the item or not. sometimes yes, sometimes no. rinse and repeat every fucking day.
how do i stop this? is it shopping addiction?

Your life is so empty the only time you get a dopamine rush is when you buy a garment? Get a hobby or a girlfriend or something. Maybe spend the money you would on a redundant clothes item on taking friends or family out somewhere.
