we're yuropeans going to NYC in june for 8 days. Give some recs for your favorite places in NYC, fashion related or not. Shit like local shops, boutiques, galleries, events, or any cool stuff to do. Rec any nyc related websites to look up.
What's the best neighborhood to stay in? (We are probably gonna use airbnb)
Is lower east side a meme?
that big french statue is worth checking out
lots of notable spots near times square - such as the Crocs flagship store - and the 'stardust diner', where staff not only bring you food, but they sing at you constantly
if you want to forget you are in a big city, go to the south part of central park, close your eyes and let the odour of horse crap take you to the countryside
but most importantly remember to not sleep, this way you'll fit right in
