Depends on your body shape and the silhouette you want to create. I would wear straight chinos or cargos, but I'm actually to long and slim to wear bomber-style jackets in the first place. I also don't feel that raw jeans and techwear as such go well together.

clothing brands like columbia tend to cater to the outdoor activities people do down here like golfing and fishing. Fishing shirts are a little interesting with the way they are vented but they probably aren't aesthetically pleasing to you all. When it's 100 degrees and humid outside, most people tend to throw aesthetics out the window and where the lightest breathable clothing they have. Personally an ideal fit would be light shorts, t-shirt and shoes like flyknits or something, all with quick drying materials if I'm going to be walking outside all day. If I'm going from home to car to work it doesn't matter so much because air conditioning. Wearing rain gear is not worth it, rain comes and goes fast here, keeping a jacket/umbrella in your car doesn't hurt though. Waterproof backpacks are a good idea as well.

Own the Muro Atom and Supercell in black. Both are super comfy, more than most shoes I've owned. They look amazing in person and are well made, but they will crease once you start wearing them, I recommend cedar shoe trees (you should use them with any shoes you want to keep in good condition). Would be wise to go half a size up, but don't worry too much about fit as they do free returns/replacements. Wait up for a bit if you can, they always do sales

As I am just slowly building my tech wardrobe, I find it hard to mix different brands without loosing coherency in the look. If you are interested in the tech, and not in the ninja, there are not many brands to choose from, and mixing with non-tech, non-cosplay brands is even harder. It's way easier to just stick with one thing and just get full Acronym. And because of the price, and the unavailability in most areas, it requires a big commitment to even start to experiment and try out combinations.
Generally, you will always look unusual if you copy runway looks from any designer.
I think techwear promises a hightech-superhero-in-disguise status which is attractive for nerds. But, as anon said above, it requires a body and a personality that can live up to this promise.

yeah, that layer is called the lining, its nowhere near strong enough to hold the entire weight of the jacket and its only attached at the hem, shoulders and neck, and the lining is most likely also taped, so theres no way he managed to remove it and put it back togeher without causing serious damage, either way, that jacket is now fucked
