Mine's like 23 degrees or something but seemingly no bad effects from it and I think I manage to stand straight - but no treatment or government money. am i doing something wrong?

around 45° on my upper curve, i actually have two areas where the spine is fucked up. the other i think is 20°
It's starting to hurt to squat, kill me
around 50°. I routinely hurt one side of my back when lifting so I have to take weeks of breaks.

oh yeah, since this is a board about appearance: it's noticeable when wearing tight t-shirts and the likes (which I don't do that often), but apparently my posture looks rather nice as a result.
I don't mind the scoliosis as much as the kyphosis. Luckily, my curve is not so great that I have to get surgery, but still distinguishable.

My gf had scoliosis, she had a surgery in september and all is fine now although she can't do anything too physically demanding for a while

I just layer on sweaters and people never notice. Even after telling people, they still don't notice.
Summer seasons sucks but thats.about it.
Why don't you fuckers get spinal fusion and be normal
Is having a brace /fa/? They just found about my curve (45 degree lower back and 25 degree mid) a couple monthes ago. I stopped growing years ago but we're crossing our fingers that the brace will help anyway. I really dont want surgery

brace won't do shit after you stop growing (I'm not even sure it helped while I was still growing, but hey). Visit physiotherapy and go lifting (be extra careful to use proper technique in EVERYTHING though). Muscles supporting your spine is the best you can do.

I'm from yuroland so I can't really say if he's any good, but from the patients' records in his videos he seems to know his stuff and has results to back that up.
Then again he's uploading videos on HOW TO CURE CANCER and the likes, which makes him look more like an idiot.
If anyone here really happens to be (going to) visiting him it'd be nice to know how it went.
