I know how you fucking feel. I'm a manletlet and I have few places I can shop. River Island, Topman and Asos have XXS, but their quality is shit. If you order from Japan, Uniqlo XS is actually XXS in the US and EU but ive never tried this before.

For some higher tier places, if I can, I usually just get something from [spoiler] the kids section [/spoiler] or get it in XS/S and have it tailored.

How do you cope?
