Sometimes I do this too. Most of the time after I've binged and need to give myself a kick in the ass to get back on track with my diet. But sometimes it happens when I'm feeling good that day too. Never really done it for hours at a time, though.

At max I've done about 40 minutes. Usually, if my face is looking fine I'll do a quick glance but if for some reason I look like shit I'll end up in front of the mirror for 20 minutes.
